Hi guys, yesterday my dad came to my house and gave me a bag a little old lady I have never met or heard of gave my mom to give to me. I just around to opening it about an hour ago expecting well nothing really... it had a bit more than nothing in it. I haven't had a Morgan dollar since my whole collection was stolen. I am terrible with VAMs but I noticed the 1889's and not like the other. Different spacing and fonts. Any experts out there? Also are these worth sending off for grading? I do have an NGC membership and I was already planning on sending in some Kennedy's and cameo SMS dimes. Thanks

You need to find that little old lady and do something very nice for her!

I can't help with the Morgans.

If they were Carson City I'd be figuring out if she needs me to pretend I'm a pool boy of if she was expecting more lol. But really, yes, I'm going to have to find a way to thank her for sure.

Especially nice considering you don't know her. A personal visit with a bouquet would seem appropriate.

Very nice additions to your collections.

What a wonderful gift. Even if you found nothing, it's still around $35 face value.

Just 3 Morgan's would have been more than awesome, but everything in that first picture was from her.

There are about 60 different VAM's for the '89-P. I'm not a Morgan or a VAM guy, and as much as I'd like to help, I can't go through them all.

Here's the link to VAMworld's page on the '89-P's VAMs: http://www.vamworld.com/1889-P+VAMs
