I found this 1995 while I was checking on my 1990s pennies ... which I think its a double die obverse -002 ...what to the experts think and see ?

Looks like a normal cent. I don't even think I see MD. Keep hunting!

Nothing on N of IN and front of vest, the two most recognizable features outside of lower left slanting which just may be a MDD effect, seen this as well on many 1995's.

Nope not a Doubled Die. It's a normal cent making it worth 1 cent and a spender. Keep up with the searches though as there's many coins out there waiting to be discovered.
