Might be a Dryer Coin.

Dryer Coin I think. PMD of some sort. No extra value. Only worth 25 cents.

You guys may be right but the only thing that made me think it was an error was that it's thicker than a normal quarter and not as big around also it's missing a lot of features almost like it wasn't stamped all the way

@tikey, first welcome to CCF. Second, I agree with both WBP and E&V that your coin has rolled around in a clothes dryer (or the equivalent). This causes the wider rim that you have noted along with the loss of some details. We see these posted with some frequency on CCF and you can use the search function to find other examples. I don't think it's a Dryer Coin. But just a heavily circulated one. If you could in the future post your coins vertically. It really makes them easier to see.
