I'm not seeing it.

The safest thing for "cleaning" would be a pure acetone bath. Maybe use a toothpick to remove loosened solid debris afterwards.

For comparison, this is what the OMM should ideally look like (taken from Variety Vista):

There's already heavy scrubbing damage on the Obverse so just follow spruett001's advice.

Couldn't possibly anyway, center portion on OPs coin is too thick, even when taking a smashing damage into account. On LWCs like those, I use a mild dish soap and very soft bristled toothbrush to loosen the grime and grease out of the devices. The coin is in poor shape to begin with, it won't affect value at this point...is only way to fully attribute to see into the creavases of the MM. Way I look at it, if it attributes as an RPM/DDO / DDR, then in the 2x2 box it goes until I find an upgrade!
