Hello Members,
Not sure I am in the correct forum.
I am trying to learn how to identify the mint mark location on my Morgans. While looking at the attributions 101 on Vamworld I am trying to copy the tool. Does this even look correct? This 1904 has been going on for days now and driving me crazy.

Yes. Looks good. As you can see that O is shifted right and slightly tilted left. Its all about being centered, high, shifted or tilted and any combination of these.

Thanks Cascade, would you say that this mark is high as well or within tolerance?

Not high. As you can see, it doesn't go above your top horizontal line
