I am in no way saying this is a DDR just curious if anyone else thinks so. I am also not concerned with values as usual. I know it is worth 1 cent after all :).

Eyeball the E in One and the CE in Cent.

I did my best with pics and will add any requested if these are not good enough as usual.

The heavy gouge marks indicate an extreme polishing on the die face, the "shallow" detail indicate that area was "attacked with vigor"!, worn down to almost in recognizable. There was probably some deep gouge or clash marks they were trying to remove and went across the devices.

Pretty sure it was clash marks, that is where the top of head would be, also think I see mark in upper bay 1
