I have what seems to be a Victoria 1/2 penny that was struck atop another previously struck coin. This results in an error known as brockage TTBOMK. I am looking for confirmation from all experts, and non-experts alike. Does this seem to be a genuine mint error?
TIA

Are my pictures too weak to tell? Looking back at them, it is hard to tell that the design is incused on one side.

Yes, if the image and lettering on the second (lower) image are incuse, this is an "obverse brockage".
