It is fascinating, but it is not a coin. Some sort of talisman/ charm. it looks homemade, and you can see the symmetry in the 4 groups of squares in the middle. There is a one missing a 5 from the lower left square.
All the 4 central squares are "magic squares" where each column and row adds up to the same number, 15 in this case.
I am sure that someone who can read Arabic could determine its significance as there is plenty of writing on it.
Oriole has it right. This is not a coin, but some type of "magic" talisman. We may have someone who can read this to give you a better idea about the specifics.
