As an ebay buyer/seller for over a decade I haven't seen anything like the blatant bogus coins being offered by a "seller" of "estate" coin finds. 1944 D/S, 1955/55 DDO and many more outrageous fraudulent coins. These are being offered for $9.99 with NO returns (wonder why). Please be cautious and research the coins you are buying.

@crazyB0 check out ebay listings 202043670771, 202041426453 and many more on this "spineless" sellers site. Agree wholeheartedly that due diligence always prevails though "young" collectors are getting ripped off by this seller.

I hate ***tbags like this. Most sellers like this will claim ignorance when confronted, but If you read his 1 negative feedback you clearly realize the seller is most definitely intentionally ripping people off.

ebay does have a money back guarantee though if you feel you are ripped off.

Quote: These are being offered for $9.99 That's the starting bid, not the final price. As "an ebay buyer/seller for over a decade," I'm surprised you missed that.

Well I've seen that name selling fakes and suchlike now for quite some time. I know, I should be one of those reporting him... FYI, Yesterday he sold a coin listed as "double die obverse" "poor man's double die" for $307. I fell very, very bad for someone. But that someone is not alone. Looking down the list of "sold" items from this seller he is making a small fortune selling coins with made up varieties. Should be more like jail time and reparations than just a boot off ebay in such a case.
