Either of the 53's would be my picks. The first for a seriously never messed with skin, the second for the near cameo appearance of the details elements. If The Frog comes back on and answers your question, I like the one he doesn't like best. I've been agreeing with him far to often...

I like the 1845 with the red, white and blue toning.

I'm not sure any of them wow me. I'd hold off for one that did if I was in the market for a Seated half dime. Plus they're common dates.

I still like that 1845 best. Tone is not uniform but the coin has a fresh frosty luster hiding under it, I still think it looks MS with a nice strike. #1 1853 looks like it was in a leather pouch for many years, dark tone AU-50. 1850 which you have shown twice is a details coin, cleaned. 1855-O original but only VF-35 #2 1853 looks AU-55 but may have been cleaned at some point.

I went with the 1845 due to its uniqueness. Cool to have red white and blue toning on liberty. I will hold off on the arrows type til a nicer example comes along.

Nice pick.  I would trust Gerry's grading on these. I don't know if there is anyone better and he has the coins in hand. I noticed that he downplays some of the problems on his raw coins, so don't ignore them if you see them.

Thanks numismatic! I do notice that some may be details coins and I try to figure out the obvious ones so that I dont bombard the forum here. The gallery is very nice though!

I liked that one too crazyB! the 47 will cover the 37-59 slot in the 7070, and I have the legend 60-73 slot filled already. If I can't find a toned example of the 53-57 arrows I may purchase the first one. Nice original example
