If you mean "graded" by a TPG don't waste your money as your coin, like John said, is just damaged.

Looks like the quarter was heated and it bubbled on both sides. Then flattened the bubbles in. PSD No premium for a damaged coin.

Heavily damaged coin from heating. No extra value and worth 25 cents. Keep searching.
