Weight is on 3.11 grams. someone must of tampered with it.what do you think?

Some of the copper plating scratched off. Just damage. Zinc now showing through.

It is damage, but being a '55 it is NOT zinc showing. Something is stuck to it, no idea what.

I agree it has numerous scratches and the obverse looks deeply cleaned and the Copper is exposed.

Definitely has scratches so it would be PMD. Keep searching though. Keep it because of being a Wheat cent.
