I have a 1989 penny and idk if it is MD but I know you guys will know and also where the black arrows are it is dipped in what is that and the bottom of the T in TRUST is missing grease filled?

Called plate doubling, I say "ghosting". Caused by machine vibration, a sympathetic effect on the plating. The ridge you see forming is die wear/flow. Pressure cause metals to move outward, stacking up in a extra ring like that.

Yea, you bet! But that's the thrill of it. Not only finding the DDO / DDR's but just some really oddballs, like stamped ones or clips in the wild.
