MoneyPenney Pillar of the Community Canada 2984 Posts	Posted 09/15/2017 7:33 pm It is neither binary nor radar. A binary note is comprised of the digits 0 and 1. Obviously not in this note because of the number 5. Also not a radar because the numbers do not read the same back and forward.
