Got this in change today. 3 light creases but in nice shape otherwise. The last 5 seems a bit high. Opinions welcome, any added value?
Thanks.

It is neither binary nor radar. A binary note is comprised of the digits 0 and 1. Obviously not in this note because of the number 5. Also not a radar because the numbers do not read the same back and forward.

On top of that this note is not uncirculated when it has so many creases; the value of it is $5, so just spend it.

yours is a binary as it consists of only 2 numbers. A "TRUE" binary is the one with only 1's and 0's. Unless it's different in Canada.

Not a binary or a radar, just a two digit note.
As MoneyPenney said, a binary consists
of the digits 0 & 1 only.
