I'm taking it you mean you're "wishing" for an 82D SD Stinkin Zinkin...? OR the recently discovered, only known extant 82D Copper?

Yep! As far as I know, there has only been one example found to date. So, it would be a major prize to find the second.

Britton...to date, just recently THIS YEAR, a 1982D small date copper cent was found AND certified. It has been the ONLY one found to date, it was previously deemed not possible, but the first was found...out of 42 BILLION! It may just be a fluke, or there may be more, that's how RARE it is. Know your weights, zinc=@2.5gr, copper=@3.11gr within a .13g +/- tolerance.

There's a high $ 1982P small date zinc DDR, and some very minorDDR/DDOs too, not worth but a few bucks.

Thanks for the info guys. I have a 1982p sd zinc but no dd so its probably not worth much is it. Are there any of the 82s that are worth finding even if theres no dd on them. I just posted a picture of three 82d's I have two copper and one zinc but I think the two coppers are ld and the zinc is sd.
