1999 LMC- Doubled Column.

I just found this around 1:30 this morning- little blurry eyed right now,but can this be a new 1999P- 1DR-?
I can see doubled lines on both the first and last columns- might be

-I can't match this up with any of the 17 posted on Chuck's site at Coppercoins.

Hopefully, Chuck can take a closer look at this in the morning.
