Bug On Royal Mint Website?

I ordered proof sets of the new coin designs from The Royal Mint website for myself and a friend,and the prices were listed below the listed price! I added two silver proof sets to my cart, set my home country to Canada, and then I registered. I didn't notice it at first, but the cost of one silver set went down to £ 127.61, from £ 149.95. (Which equals about $43-45 Canadian). I noticed it when I was about to check out. I then went to add a base metal set to see if it would do the same, and the price was also lowered to £ 29.74, from £ 34.95. I don't know if there is a discount program at work, or if it is a bug...
