This observation is from a US perspective. I started collecting pre-decimal copper from the Georgian era a few years back, and within the last year, prices for quality collectible examples have surged at an incredibly fast rate, almost over night. Has anyone else noticed this? What is the market doing in the UK?

Heritage Auctions just opening a location in London as well, and I wonder if this rise in prices is related to that.

I don't actively collect that area, but I did sell an ugly cartwheel 2d for $10 more (like 30% increase) than I originally paid six months earlier.

Any specific examples you care to share? Might have to unload a couple if there's a good profit to be had.
