I have been trying to attribute an Overton number. It has me somewhat stumped. The closest I get is Overton 116. All comments and help appreciated

I wish I was more proficient in the Overton numbers. I looked at O-116 on this website it looks like a match to my eye but like I said I am not the best at these.
