I just saw this on ebay. I didn't know that you could purchase cancelled collar dies or any dies for that matter. I would have thought for sure it would be illegal to own. True! It is useless, it just cought me by surprise that they could be purchased. IMO, I think it would be cool to have and a great conversation piece! Thank you for your reply!!
