Tootallious Rest in Peace United States 1559 Posts	Posted 09/28/2017 03:45 am I just saw this on ebay. I didn't know that you could purchase cancelled collar dies or any dies for that matter. I would have thought for sure it would be illegal to own. I searched CCF and found a thread from 2011 about this. Very educational reading.
