Errers and Varietys Bedrock of the Community United States 74707 Posts	Posted 09/30/2017 10:31 pm I found this in a circulated bankroll from a bank box of U.S. Pennies. I tried to pop this with a toothpick to see if it was a Plating Blister, but it didn't pop. It's a Die Chip. Errers and Varietys.
