Definitely a fake. Wear patterns on Morgan dollars are fairly consistent. In this case, that's the first thing that stands out as wrong. After that the date, lack of detail, and other small hints give this away.

Welcome to Coin Community, Nely. Unfortunately, your coin is a counterfeit. The easiest indicator is the date - the numerals are wrong both in configuration and position. Only one obverse die was used for this issue, and that had a date farther to the right than yours does. The digits are irregular and inconsistent, completely unlike the real version of this coin.

1,000,000% fake. Date is completely wrong, mintmark wrong, details wrong, and it is missing the die marker in T in Liberty.
