looks like an LCW. There's what seems to be LCW on the base of the neck. And behind if the first jewel in the crown is a shamrock, indicating it's also the LCW variety. The no LCW will have that missing

Like in JimmyD's photo, the LCW is actually on the neck. Other coins (like George VI coins) have the initials under the neck, but Vicky halves have them on the neck. They may wear out over time (especially in well circulated coins like this one), so always double check with the shamrock.

Good decision to dropout. The average ebay selling price for that coin is $56.00, so be grateful that you were outbid.
