Lately I have been having a problem sending money to Canada using PayPal via bank account. I keep getting some error. So I have to use a credit card via PayPal which works.

I tried to change my debit card info using my desktop and kept getting an error message. When I used my tablet went right through.

It could be because of what you have chosen for a primary paying preference.

That is especially true if you use the 6 month PayPal Credit.

If that is set as your primary payment it won't accept any purchase under $99.99.

I have my bank account set as my primary source and a credit card as the back up.
