Ohhhh wow.... never thought I would see this for Denver again with the shield cents.. don't quote me cause I could be wrong, but to me it looks like class two doubled die. If I were you, I would send that to John wexler for attribution on doubleddie.com.

I feel like the odd man out. I don't see it!

What do you think is a doubled die? Looks like slight MD on the date and Mint mark.

I don't see the extra thickness on the letters and numbers that is typical of a shield Cent DDO.

This isn't a doubled die?! How is that not a doubled die? Maybe I am wrong. But it looks like it to me.

No! that picture doesn't show a doubled die, rather a glary mirage extension of the devices. If we relied solely on the doubling effect due to glare and shadows in the images, then there would be numerous new DDO & DDR discoveries!
Who knows it may be a DDO ,but can not be determined from those Pics.

I agree. The coin looks normal. Some MD on the date area. Not sure if there is contact on the "LI" on LIBERTY. But the rest of the devices look normal sized. The single squeeze doubled dies are most often seen on the 'TY' area of LIBERTY or on the upper devices on the left side of the top of these devices. Sometimes on the lower corner of LIBERTY. But the the devices normal sized, I don't see hub doubling.
