Found this 1990 Lincoln Penny in my bucket of coins. The top rim on the front and the lines directly under the O and the E on the reverse under ONE CENT has me questioning possible error, maybe lamination? TIA

Also, if anyone can recommend a good book to read and learn more about "error coins" I'd greatly appreciate it. I purchased one already but it doesn't give as much information as I hoped.

Split plating strike, that blue/grey you see is the zinc core. Spend it, its a goner, it will begin to rot

. Good book, how about the one listed below?

Also, used this site

The reverse has split copper plating. The obverse is a worn die issue. What book do you have? The Cherry Pickers Guide has good info. There are also a few web sites that can be helpful.
