1990 Lincoln Penny (Could This Be An Error)

The top rim on the front and the lines directly under the O and the E on the reverse under ONE CENT has me questioning possible error, maybe lamination? TIA Also, if anyone can recommend a good book to read and learn more about "error coins" I'd greatly appreciate it. I purchased one already but it doesn't give as much information as I hoped.
