Question Regarding The Whitman Folder For Flying Eagle And Indian Head Cent

Ya see, an ESTIMATED 2000 were minted making it one of the rarest ISSUED coins. The 1916D Merc has a cardboard cutout in it's place same with a few other coin hole/spots.
