It is a real 1968 business strike dime. Something going on under the chin?

The missing 'S' one is a proof coin. Note the thickness of the rims on the upper left image and the lower left images. The proof rim is wider.

Yes, it is real. Letters are looking doubled too - MD? Only proof 68's were missing the MM and that was only on a few dozen.
