Need Some Help With This 1949 S Roosevelt Dime Mint Mark?

CASMAN New Member United States 33 Posts	Posted 10/09/2017 11:25 am First post here. I think I'm going blind looking at these dimes. Here are photos of one coin with mint marks of which I'm not sure but looks like some sort of RPM?
