To be able to identify anything, we need closer and clearer images. It's not the big one because that's only on Philly mint coins (no mintmark). Check here for the 1995-D DDOs:

While "the big one" may be on the plain cents, the expensive one is on the D cents. Can't be sure from your pics but look for this major doubling on the motto. If your coin looks like this it is very valuable (1995-D DDO-003).
