Found A 1972 Bicentennial Commemorative Medal But Can Not Find Any Informat

I found this 1972 medal it came with a booklet but I can not cross reference it with any others during this time frame. The only thing I can find remotely special about it is under the Liberty Tree is RJM which the booklet does not explain.

This medal commemorates the Sons of Liberty of the Revolutionary War.

The RJM is likely the designer of the medal.
