Need Clarification For A 1936 5c DDO FS-102 (Regular Strike)

I need someone to point out with photos & pointers etc where exactly is the DDO on this Buffalo variety.

NGC does not even have it listed on their VarietyPlus.

Also, why wouldn't NGC recognize this variety but does so for the 1936 5C DDO FS-101 for the same coin?

Not sure why NGC doesn't recognize it. There are lots of varieties that NGC doesn't recognize, but not sure why.
