1996 P Jefferson Nickel-Possible Error?

Hello, came across this and it peaked my curiosity.

On reverse: The monticello building is very defined & almost like it is raised. But the word Monticello is hardly visible as well as "five cents" but outer area of coin is legible.

On obverse: Jeffersons features aren't very detailed, except for where his chin/neck is. Looks like he hasa double chin.

I am new to all this, so please educate me.If its not an error atleast a few of you got a laugh out of it.

@MM, I agree with @john1 that the weakness in certain details is most likely due to grease in the die during striking. This is an interesting example so keep it if you want, but I don't think that there would be a premium over face value.

MM. Congratulations on finding your first error coin. I think the "excitement" is what drives most collectors. Post anything that looks different, and there's a lot of good folks on here that will help you with them. Your excitement will evolve with different errors, but it never goes away.
