Luvmycam, Not Toooo bad for 120 rolls only to find less than 10 errors? Yeesh! That's 3000 wheat cents, which at the market rate at $50 per 1000 is a good deal...except, the last couple bulk batches I got have had at least 15 or more RPM's in each batch alone. These were dealer dumps, road buys from a place in Corpus Christie. I looked for the more obvious DDO's but the micro crap of fat letters and oblong dots is too much for an old man! LOL!

BTW, If you woulda bought the 60 rolls I swapped out for silver with my LCS, all those were marked by year and MM...and THOUROUGHLY searched by me for any error!...twice just to be sure!

Dang accidentally hit reply.
6. 1953 S WRPM-001 east.
7. 1953 S WRPM--006 north (crazy cool).

The 1953 D WRPM-002 rivals the 1960-D F'S-502 in clarity in my opinion.
Whom ever sold these to my local dealer clearly coin collected as every last one was AU BN. or AU RB. My theory is the person whom hoarded these did not have the wealth of information available at that time we have today. I lucked out with this batch, but not all was luck, I have spent money in Nicks shop and he appreciates it by offering me fair deals and leads on whose got the bags of wheat's. I am amazed by the relationships I have started with dealers in the Salem and Portland area. These guys got coins, want to move them and show their appreciation. I try and purchase any coin I can local, I present an offer and we go from there. I have consistently gotten slightly above wholesale if I frequent my local dealers. In very lucky here in Salem OR. 15 coinshops within a 60 mile radius. I have cleaned out my dealer in Stayton of all his 1980-2001 gem Lincolns and he always reminds me "buddy you got a good deal".
Oregon and Oregon people rock! Its the climate man :)

Hi Crazybo how be ya? Hey no kidding I got 2 1966 DDO F'S-101's raw on the bay for under book. The dealer had a LDS AU-50 and I snapped it up. He then sent me pics of an MS-61 RB in strong MDS. Shoot I jumped on them baby's bigtime. Great ebay dealer, this guy is legit and asks bargain prices for his variety dang good photos too. Wish I could say his name but can't according to rules of forum.
I have 5 of those bad boys now and Crazybo let me tell ya there is a monster difference between LDS and MDS. He sent me a pic. of his personnel stash 66 F'S-101 in AU-58 and I replied EDS! He knows it is and I informed him ain't no EDS 66 F'S-101's known, saw his and now I know it ain't true. This fella has an EDS 66 DDO that makes the others cheap dates. I tried, "NOPE ain't for sale" he said. I offered retail + and got another nope.
In all jazzed up now talking bout the 66 better take my nerve pill :)
Rest in Peace

Hey Luv, I'm such a cheapskate when it comes to buying DDO / DDR and especially RPMs, rather find 'em by buying a whole roll to search! Now I will buy the errors you usually don't find raw, brockage, off center strikes. I have found blanks and clips, so don't but those either, just can't open the wallet to buy what I can find................or make

Or the seller is not telling the truth. Maybe they did search them (like where did all the single Lincoln cents they are also selling come from?), and are just saying they didn't search them.
