Hard to tell from the pics, but I'd say 64-65

Now I was expecting a nice steam locomotive... oh well. Beautiful coin anyway and I also guess about MS-65!

Nice coin, but pics need to be much brighter for grading.

No rub in the few undisturbed field areas. No rub at centers, which show circulation fastest. Indians left hand sharp, so decent strike, which is typical for this mm/year.
But if you examine the hidden tight spots of the design elements, you can spot darker toning in those protected area, indicative of a short dip some time in the past. But I've seen them pass muster without hitting a details, so this one would probably grade righteous.
Grade wise, I'm seeing a 64.

I just can't grade from darkish pics that fail to highlight any of the fields.

Likely mid MS something ... 63-65 at best ...
Impossible to be confident with the photographs provided ... adding another challenge to grading guess by photo.
That said ... welcome to the wonderful world of classic silver commemorative ... and you have indeed shown a wonderful coin.
The Oregon Trail half dollar consistently ranks near the top of all opinion polls for the 'best' of all classic silver commemorative.
Please share what else you have in the series ...

Better photos certainly. I need to see if there is a difference on the 26 dies, but from the mushy details in a few areas, especially the lettering, it makes this example suspicious.
I believe I have a fake of this in my black book. Ill pull it and see if there are similarities.
