I have read it I still don't see anything but most doubled dies don't look double at all

Depends on class of motion, some are slight to only produce a balloon like digit while others are quite Blatant. All doubling has it's own set of characteristics, learn those and you'll recognize the real. Suggest you read these in pareticular:

I agree that it shows Die Deterioration. I am not seeing any doubling otherwise.
