Need Help With Strange Golden Coin (German?) | New Year Coin

I found this very weird coin from the local coin dealership in another "Grab bag", But because this coin has no year on it or any obvious clues to where it came from, I'm baffled as to what it is.

I ran the text on one side of the coin through an online translator, It appears to be germanm and it roughly comes out "I bring you good luck in the new year!" or something similar.

Even stranger is that the obverse shows a man climbing a ladder, And on the reverse is a small picture of a pig.

...and the pig has a clover in its mouth! Very interesting...the style of lettering in "Prosit Neujahr" reminded me of Vienna at first glance, and this seems to support that theory.
