I got this Lincoln Cent 1971s from money change ... I see some doubling on the date and some on liberty ... what the experts see ?

Appears to be typical Machine Doubling (MD).

"LIBERTY" looks interesting but really can't tell for sure from the pictures.

This may help...
Whenever you have this effect on BOTH date AND mintmark then it will 99.97% of the time be MD, doublde dies don't effect both in same direction until single squeexe of 1990's and on.
