Any thoughts on the grade of these coins?

I couldn't seem to get a good pic of the Queen on the '64 so I hope the one I did get will be enough.

the 1964- looks ms64- pl65, the 1940 is too dark for me, the nickel looks ef-40 , but damaged..

Sounds about right. The '40 might be AU, better pic would help.
