i would like opinions on the grade authenticity and if it has been cleaned

Again it's tough to tell by your pics. Try cropping them so that there is less detail of your desk and more detail of the coin.

Having said that, in my collection I would call that coin good as there appears to be no detail left on the queen. Due to the condition I would doubt that it is fake.
