Does it have spots of PVC goo on the King's neck and sail of the ship?

According to my Collecting World Coins by Krause, it's 50 % Silver and the mintage is slightly
rare at 140, 000

F = $1.50
VF = $6.00
XF = $14.50
UNC/BUNC = $75.00/90.00

The ship is alleged to be an outrigger.
