I need a little help designating this Roosifer if you guys don't mind. I rarely play with dimes and I just don't trust my judgement with design varieties yet. I'm used to staring at Wheat cent RPM's at 50X and I have a bad habit of under grading and over-analyzing my coins. At 5x with a loupe this coin appears to pass for both Full Bands and Full Torch. When I take pics up close with my usb cam, I see hits on the bands and weakness in both bands and torch. As far the true grade goes, I won't even guess but I highly doubt my $5.00 investment turns out to be what the slab insinuates. I'm not that lucky! Your opinions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Tracy

The Gallery Grading Company has a fairly poor reputation here on CCF. See, for example, these threads:

to CCF. Not that good at grading but does not look like FB or a MS67.

GGC GRADING COMPANY
No information on this grading company. Any TPGS without a website, address, phone number or email are usually "self-slabbers" who grade their own coins, sell them, and don't accept submissions from the general public. These companies are not recommended unless one can tell, first-hand, that the coin is authentic, problem free (not cleaned or damaged), and graded appropriately.

Not a strong enough strike to qualify for post numeric assignment of FB or FT.

From the photos it's certainly uncirculated, but I'm not seeing a coin that would grade better than 65.

I actually bought this years ago because I thought I'd cherried an RPM. I knew the grade was likely a scam but I was wrong about the variety, too. Ahhh, the price we pay to educate ourselves in this hobby!

I'm just glad you guys confirmed my suspicions about the bands and torch. "Just too flat and damaged" was my initial assessment. The bands need to be not only split but fully rounded with no interuptions, right?
