No, this isn't a Doubled Die. This is just heavy Die Deterioration from being in a VLDS (Very Late Die State). Just from a very worn die. This is normal and worth only face value.

That mushy look is very common in the 80's dimes. You should crop your pics before posting,it makes it easier to see the coins. John1

The U.S. Mint were notorious for overusing the dies to the point were they would get in a VLDS (Very Late Die State) and all the details and letters got big and mushy.
