Yours appears to be in much better condition than mine. It's a French ship token, un jeton à la nef.
15th or 16th Century.

That's a Nuremburg counter token 15th-16th century.
Try googling Nuremburg token and you'll find all kinds.
There are presently 2 on ebay; first one is like your's and the second is high grade - 372080674801, 263266878681.
