1968-S that is very, very, very, very worn. Sorry, not an error.
Also, that "crack" at the bottom is part of the design of the coin.

I agree, not a mint error.It seems like someone has had it is their pocket and rubbing it for many years!  to the Community.

No way, impossible for this cent to have worn down to this level in 50 years. This is man-made.  to the CCF!

 That is certainly not normal circulation wear. It was aided in some way to be that worn.

Not a Mint made error by any means, but your pictures are excellent quality.  I wondering if someone sanded it down or something to make it this way? I am not a expert etheir, but just wondering what the possible explanation could be about this Lincoln Cent being so worn down.

Crazyb0, that's what I thought also. Possibly a Dryer Coin? I didn't know about the Washer one. Thank you for sharing the images and for making me learn something new today about the Washer coin.
