Has anyone seen these yet? I think it's pretty funny... and unusual for the RCM to issue these. The 3 Mascots are Sumi (a fox or a beaver?), Miga (a black bear?), and Quatchi (a brown bear?, a wookie?). You can find them in the 'Gifts' and the 'Vancouver 2010' sections of the RCM website. "Each coin comes in a colourful souvenir folder. Shipping starts May 30, 2008."

No never seen them but looking forward to get them.I get email from the mint so I will know when they are available.

I agree, seems kinda funny to issue coins for mascots before issuing ones for, say, former notable canadian athletes. I have never heard of mascots for olympics before either.
