It's a good example of Die fatigue,very worn die in VLDS.

That die should have been retired 100,000 strikes ago.

The only thing keeping it from being a "point of interest" coin is due to the same characteristic which defines it - there have to be a bazillion of 'em.

This is not MD, but a case of a very worn out die making your coin in a VLDS. As mentioned, tons and tons like yours are produce from the mint like this.
