Also don't know much about errors so is he accurate in calling these errors what he does?

I think it's a stutter strike type 2 or 3.

Yes, it's an error coin. Grade matters and we'd need a close-up of the coin out of its holder to really see the coin to grade it. The higher the grade the more it's worth. But just as an estimate: $10 - $35. Prices vary wildly so if you're buying or selling, check sold prices on ebay.

Definitely an error and agree it is not worth a fortune, interesting as it is.
