Does a coin like this have any increased value? Appears to be Struck Through Grease, machine doubled and lamination errors.

That's not a lamination. Laminations don't happen to copper plated zinc core pennies. I wish it was a full copper but in 1982 they switched to zinc, although there are full coppers in 1982. As for the ring around the coin, that's die deteration. Not valuable in my opinion. I think the letters and numbers doubled is die deteration as well

Your coin shows DDD ( Die Deterioration Doubling) and it also is a Struck Through Grease. It is a cool find and it does have a premium above the face value, perhaps a few bucks. There are collectors who do collect this type errors particularly when it is dramatic such as this.I like it

Interesting coin.

First, Machine Doubling - or that originating from Die Deterioration - is not an added value "error." It can happen to any die at any time, and does with the greatest of regularity. You could accumulate thousands of them spanning every year of production. This does not rarity make.

The obverse strike is of added interest, though. Is grease involved? Low press pressure? Improper die profile, such that the periphery wasn't capable of a full strike? I don't really see grease evenly affecting almost the whole perimeter of the coin like we see here, so it becomes an interesting exercise in (likely) futility because we probably can't ever be completely positive what caused it.
