Trying to determine if this is a die error. It sure looks perfectly semetrical to me but I am no expert.

to CCF. Not an error. It is damage from a coin counting/wrapping machine.

No error, just damage from a coin counting, Coin Wrapping Machine. Spendable unless Uncirculated.
